As-Built for a Bank in Tujunga, California
Project Details
Our team scanned and documented a vacated bank to produce accurate existing drawings for upcoming improvements and new tenant occupancy. The deliverables included major MEP, electrical and lighting plans, roof inspection, along with a full tenant-improvement space condition report for a ~5,000 SF building, completed in just 7 days.
