  • We don’t offer CAD files as a standalone product. All of our plans are sold as complete packages that include Revit, CAD (DWG), IFC, and SketchUp files. This approach ensures that every professional involved in your project: architects, designers, engineers, and contractors, has the formats they need to work efficiently and collaborate seamlessly.

  • Yes. We can make material changes and other modifications after your purchase on an hourly basis, subject to our current rates. You can request different materials or any other adjustments to better suit your project needs.

  • All of our products are digital and delivered electronically, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase has been completed.

  • Yes. We offer customization services for all projects after purchase, billed on an hourly basis according to our current rates. We’re happy to tailor the plans to your specific needs, site conditions, and preferences.
