Alterpex conducted 3D laser scanning for a commercial office building located in Irving, Texas. The documentation captured the existing interior and architectural conditions to support future tenant improvements and space planning. A primary requirement for this project was a thorough assessment of the building's existing infrastructure. Deliverables included a comprehensive point cloud, a detailed 3D Revit model, complete as-built plans, and precise electrical layouts.
