Project Details

Alterpex conducted 3D laser scanning for a 10,493Sq.Ft. multi-family residential building located in Berkeley. The documentation captured existing interior and exterior conditions to support property management and spatial planning. Deliverables included a 360 virtual tour, precise 3D Revit models, and a complete set of as-built plans and MEP report for all the existing utilities.
