Condo, Marina Del Rey

Alterpex provided full Scan-to-BIM services for a large multi-family residential complex in Marina del Rey, California. The project covered three similar apartment buildings, each totaling approximately 158,500 square feet.

Our team captured the existing conditions with 3D laser scanning and used the scan data to develop an accurate architectural and plumbing model. A major focus of the project was the detailed 3D modeling of the existing pipework throughout the buildings.

Deliverables included a high-density point cloud, detailed 3D Revit model, complete as-built plans, and dedicated plumbing drawings documenting the existing piping systems across the facilities.
