Alterpex provided Scan-to-BIM services for a commercial gas station and convenience store in San Jose, California. The 3D laser scan captured the complete site, including the exterior, fuel canopy, pump islands, and interior of the retail building.

Our team used the scan data to create an accurate 3D Revit model and document the existing conditions throughout the property. The project deliverables included a high-density point cloud, detailed 3D Revit model, and a complete set of 2D as-built drawings to support future site upgrades, rebranding, and facility management.
